At times when I’m despondent,
See darkness everywhere,
I find comfort and encouragement
In a wonderful little prayer.
Its solemn, holy words
Resound so full of life
That I feel true repentance,
Inspired, and free from strife.
Doubt meekly leaves my heart, then,
Burden I no longer bear.
I weep anew, believe anew,
Am walking, now, on air.
